Yuta Shinohara
Fika is the Swedish custom of taking a break over a cup of coffee or tea. In Japanese Fika, Seiko Ito is our host and invites a guest to chat over tea, sweets, and flowers. Our guest in the fourth edition is Yuta Shinohara, who runs an entomophagy restaurant in Nihombashi, Tokyo. For as long as he can remember, Yuta has loved insects and couldn’t help eating them.
