And now for our third Imo-Jizo adventure we have decided to do a PAPERSKY-style bike packing weekend tour along the Shimanami Kaido and to create some Imo-Jizo original French fries in the process. From Matsuyama via Imabari to Omishima Island, where the Imo-Jizo in all his goodness awaits, we pedaled through the mountain and across the water with a local triathlete, meeting amazing cyclists, admiring the Seto Inland Sea, and smacking our lips over the local food along the way."}
