We travel to various prefectures and ride bicycles. Traveling via bicycle allows us a clean and healthy way to explore Japan’s rural areas. 都心からわずか1時間。埼玉県外秩父山地の裾野に広がる、自然豊かな大地と町並みを巡る今春のツール・ド・ニッポン。1日目は、“オーガニックタウン” 小川町で、有機ファームやワイナリー、カフェなど、この町の魅力をつくり、発信している人々を自転車で訪ねます。サイクリング終了後は、小川町発のビール・ワインと有機野菜を使った軽食で乾杯！夜は小川町のユニークな飲食店巡りへ出発します。2日目は小川町を出て、周辺の町々へ。“木の町”ときがわ町では、アウトドアナイフを使った木工ワークショップを体験。埼玉のおいしいものを味わいながら、奥武蔵ののどかな山裾を気持ちよく駆け抜けます。
